weeee!
hockey + ice milo= :D:D:D
i guess there's a tad too much negative-ness in the previous entry.
am feeling slightly better now already. (:
skipped school today cos i was too lazy to go for itb and i was coughing rather badly when i woke up.
so i pieced the two together and went to get my cough treated instead.
it's time too cos it's been on and off for months already.
forgetful me forgot to tell the doc to give me pills instead of syrup so now i gotta suffer the taste of the yucky liquid. :(:(:(
went to at 5pm solely for HOCKEY HOCKEY HOCKEY!!!
man, how i miss playing it.
was rather lost when we first started playing, dunno where to position myself, where to run etc etc.
CHAM, SIX MONTHS NEVER PLAY NOW RUSTY ALREADY! :(
but under kan's ( i cant rmb his full name) guidance, i slowly started to recall.
HA! then i started scoring and scoring and scoring!
lol. pretend u guys didnt see that. =p
but i missed a number of balls too ; there's still so much things which i need to work on.
did i tell u guys the world is small?
cos the cpatain of the guy's team ( the kan dunno what ) actually knows the previous SAJC's hockey captain, deepan, too!
though i didn't really know deepan personally, i still remembered what zihao told me about what he ( deepan ) said when they went to buy my beloved orange stick for me.
it left a really deep impact on me.
hockey holds too much for me,i cant bear to let go.
it helped to shape me, it taught a short attention span-ed me what it means to focus, it gives me a sense of identity, etc.
but all of the above is nothing compared to the last reason- it taught me what is it like to play for the game you love, no matter how many other external forces act on you.
frankly speaking, sp hockey is rather scattered and not as strong as teams that i've seen.
but, it makes me feel homely.
cos for a change, i get to play the game for a basic reason, one which many strong and mighty teams often forget- because i love it.
so i guess my verdict is more or less out, touch rug's gotta go, no matter how much i like the people there ( juniors and seniors alike )
i've no idea who reads this blog, but i really wanna thank the seniors for all the effort they've put in.
really appreciate them.
it's sad, but i wanna no regrets.
cos at the end of the day, sth's still gonna be missing if i settle for a second choice.
alright, enough of my rumblings!
the med's starting to take effect, gtg!
nighty guys. (:
