it was also the first time that i saw Nicholas Tse being the "goody boy" in a movie.
beyond solid casting of 2 (out of 4) heavenly kings,
several golden horse award kings and no.1 beauty of hongkong plus tear jerking plot,
I DECLARE MYSELF BOUGHT.
hmmm looks like someone's not very happy with the arrangement though the rest had already squatted down to not draw attention to the.. difference.
gee, just kidding!

either the make up artists done a great job on LEON LAI, or im really slow.
i never realised who he was till the last scene when he died,
and they did a closeup of his face.
if you're as slow as me or you dont believe your eyes, let me assure you again the man in the above picture IS Leon Lai.
i asked andre who his favourite character was after we came out of the movie and he was unsure. my answer, to our surprise (yea i was surprised too), wasnt Donnie Yen.

he had a small part in the movie but i loved his loyal, tough, implusive, yet gentle character.
the scene where he made a comeback despite his heavy injuries was really touching for me.
in a nutshell,
i loved the movie not just because i could oogle at Donnie Yen but because the plot bought me over with its meaningful and touching elements.
whenever i couldnt bear to see the scene happening, i squeezed andre's hands tight till it was over.
now you know why he is my favourite movie partner. :P
dont say i didn't warn you about watching movies with me!
#2- Sherlock Holmes (4/5)
it also made me appreciate the beauty of chemistry even more, which kinda helps since im dating a chemical engineering student whom im really proud of for his impressive gpa in sem 1.
