before i wake him up and throw on those heels to meet him for kbox (:D:D:D) and shopping (clinque fondation kindly "sponsored" by bf) later, here's a quick update of how the week has been.


after an agonising 13 day wait, it was finally sunshine after rain.
a reminder of how life can get, be thankful for each moment that we have and cherish those around us, and live life to the fullest.
cliche, yes i know. but true.


and so on a certain day of the week, we went around half the island to the temples at clementi and aljunied to thank god for blessing us and helping us through this. (:
afterwhich, andre and i met up with lingzhi in town for a movie screening, whereby the director, actors and media were present.
i certainly hope i'd be invited to transformers' gala screening too! :D


the movie, sell out, is an award winnng comdey film directed by Yeo Joon Han, starring Peter Davis and Jerrica Lai.

it provided us with some good laughs, though i didnt quite agree with the plot at the end.
if you're looking for a getaway from the scorchy weather and is in need for a good destresing avenue from work or whateverso, you might want to consider putting aside 106 minutes to let "sell out" and the super shiok air con in the cinema to ease your woes and emotions.

we chose to skip the media reception as our stomachs were growling real badly.
headed to bistro for dinner, where we shared 2 pastas and chatted over the lovely food.
i drank a glass of oriveto as i was in the mood for white wine, which was rare in itself as im more of a red wine fan actually.



as for the rest of the week... it's been nothing but work.
leon and ben came by bistro to dine on friday and i swear i had the best ranting session ever!
