elson and xinyi visited me at work (borders) today and brought smiles to my face.

next time dine with me at borders, we offer ben and jerry ice cream too! :D

i miss the bistro people, the bliss of watching the chefs whip up the dishes, and seeing smiles on customers' faces cos they are satisfied with the food and/or service. (:
i realised given a choice, i'd rather work 12-12 running around the restaurant than to do business development.
but how much future is there in the former as compared to the latter? :(


there are some things, some changes, that i dont like in my current life and i can only draw on my positivity and determination to keep me going (plus major eyecandy =p).


for now, i can only believe in faith that things will pick up and that i'll find my direction soon.
