edit: doc's visit + random photos

plain porridge for the day.
plenty of rest and stock up on isotonic drinks to replenish my energy.
those were the instructions from my family doc, Dr Tan.

anything to get well man.
i was stuck at home yesterday and visited the toilet for 8-9 times! :(
it hurts even to sit down, let alone walk.
it was that bad. :(





was advised by a biochemist friend to stock up on fruit juices to replenish my lost nutrients and so i went on a fruits spree! :D
went down to simin's house to weigh myself and i freaking lost 4kg over the span of.. 1 week?!



used the blender which simin gave me for my 20th and made orangeapple for myself and lingzhi, who dropped by to visit me and got me poccari sweat.
thanks sweets! (:


they caught my eye when i was on my way home from the doc.
the sight of them just melts my heart.
i miss my hammie. :(


so other than toilet visits, i spent my (yester)day watching step up 1 and 2 and uploading my birthday photos onto facebook.
the dances for both SU 1 & 2 were simply awesome!
jiening! cat! can we register for classes ASAP?! hahaha!


finally managed to upload 2 albums onto facebook, left with the 3rd, plus a resume and a cover letter and im done with my to-do list for the day! :D
then i can retire to watch the taiwan dancing variety show at 12mn and KO after that and wake up at 930am for work tomoorrow.

i miss such food.
porridge doesnt fill my tummy. :(
im super hungry! :(
btw, this was one of the items on the buffet table during an MOE event which i worked on with eka training group.
loved the people there. (:


daddy brought a heineken sports bag home which i thought was pretty nice but lazy to take a good photo of. :p
please do not label me as an alcohlic if you DO see me carrying that bag! :P


and saving the best for the last...
