my laptop's finally back and kicking. :D
and so am i, back and kicking in singapore, literally, cos calvin just told me of the nice shopping places which i've MISSED in shanghai thanks to my brother who didn't knew of their exsistence.

my china trip was.. a mixture of good and bad.
certain family issuses caused much unhappiness amongst us but i did learn a handful from my eldest brother.
i shared a room with my bro wherever we went, whereas my parents had a room to themselves.
being me, i refused to get outta of the bed at 10am.
so my bro nearly slammed a pillow onto me in a bid to wake me up. =p

hangzhou- the steamboat that made me lao for two days and throw up when i got up the next morning.

inside the tower, there are several levels where intricate art pieces are put up to convey stories of mdm white snake, buddhism etc.

The old leifeng ta was burned down by the Japanese and the new one (the one you see in the photo) was only re-built recently.

shanghai- ultra big tang bao! it was super difficult to eat. we had to suck the soup up before eating it. no prizes to guessing who failed to do so.

im super vexed over another issue now, which essentially boils down to money, pride and intergrity.
frankly, i cant afford to walk out, but i cant bring myself to stay either.
